Important information about rainwater

Although Decor is waterproof, the cover should be positioned so that rainwater can run off rather than remain on a flat surface for long periods.

If the top of your furniture is completely flat, create a slight raised point or slope underneath the cover. This reduces water pooling and unnecessary pressure on the material and stitched areas.

How to measure your garden furniture

Correct measurements are essential when ordering a custom-made cover.

Measure the complete area that you want the cover to protect.

Side A – width

Measure the maximum width of the furniture or furniture arrangement.

Side B – length

Measure the maximum overall length.

Height C – height

Measure from the highest point of the furniture towards the ground.

We recommend adding approximately 1.5 cm allowance to each dimension. This prevents the cover from becoming excessively tight and makes it easier to put on and remove.

If several chairs are being covered together with a table, take the measurements with the chairs positioned exactly as they will be stored beneath the cover.

Which bottom edge finish should I choose?

Hem

A straightforward reinforced finish suitable for standard garden furniture applications where additional tightening around the bottom is not required.

Rope in a tunnel

Allows the lower part of the cover to be tightened around the furniture. This can provide a more secure fit where additional stability is required.

Eyelets

A practical option for larger covers or more exposed locations. The eyelets allow the cover to be additionally secured using suitable cords, hooks or bungee ties.
