I. DEFINITIONS:

The terms used in these Regulations have the following meaning, unless the context in which they are used indicates otherwise:

1.1 shade4you sp. zo.o.. - Organizer of the Competition of this of the Regulations.
1.2 Participant – Participant of the competition We are creating a gallery of inspiration . It can be adult natural persons with full legal capacity and residing and working in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
1.3 Prize - a benefit granted to selected participants of the Competition.
1.4 Commission - a 3-person team selected by the Organizer (hereinafter referred to as the "Committee"), whose task is to select the winners.

II. GENERAL PROVISIONS:

2.2 shade4you sp. zo.o.., is a prize promiser within the meaning of Art. 919 of the Civil Code.
2.3 The competition We create a gallery of inspiration is organized on the territory of the Republic of Poland.
The We create a gallery of inspiration competition is run from August 15, 2024 to September 15, 2024 (inclusive). The organizer reserves the right to extend the duration of this action.

3.2 By sending an e-mail, the Participant expresses his or her consent

with the provisions of the Regulations. The Organizer may process personal data for the purposes of promotion and marketing of the Organizer's products and services.

3.7 Participants' personal data may be provided by the Organizer,among others entities providing postal or courier services, with the help of which the delivery of the Prize is carried out or other entities, when it is necessary to achieve the objectives set out in the Regulations.

IV. AWARDS FOR INDIVIDUALS
4.1 From the e-mails sent, the Commission will select ten people who will receive the Prize in the amount of 50 Euro payable to a bank account or to be used for shopping in the shade4ou.eu store
4.2 The Participant may not transfer the right to the Prize to a third party.
4.3 The Participant may waive the right to the Prize.
4.4 The awarded Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or exchanged for another prize.

V. FINAL PROVISIONS

5.1 The Organizer reserves the right to change these Regulations.
5.2 In the event of a significant violation of the provisions of these Regulations by the Participant, the Organizer has the right to exclude the Participant
from participation in the Competition We create a gallery of inspiration.

5.3 The rights resulting from participation in the We create a gallery of inspiration Contest cannot be transferred by the Participant to a third party.
5.4 These Regulations are subject to Polish law.
5.5 Any disputes arising from the performance of related obligations
with the We Create a Gallery of Inspiration Competition will be resolved by a common court whose jurisdiction will be determined in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.
