Contest Rules WE CREATE A GALLERY OF INSPIRATION

1. DEFINITIONS:

The terms used in these Rules have the following meanings unless the context indicates otherwise:

1.1 shade4you sp. z o.o. – Organizer of the contest “We Create a Gallery of Inspiration” (hereinafter “Organizer”).

1.2 Participant – an adult natural person with full legal capacity.

1.3 Prize – an award granted to selected participants.

1.4 Committee – a three-person team appointed by the Organizer to select the winners.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS:

2.1 The Organizer is shade4you sp. z o.o., ul. Szczawnicka 1, 60-471 Poznań, NIP: 7812015076.

2.2 shade4you sp. z o.o. is a prize promisor under Art. 919 of the Civil Code.

2.3 The contest takes place in the territory of the Republic of Poland.

2.4 The contest runs from July 1, 2026 to August 31, 2026 inclusive. The Organizer reserves the right to extend the contest.

2.5 By entering the contest, participants accept these Rules.

III. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:

3.1 To participate, send a photo of SunShade products to foto@shade4you.eu.

3.2 By sending the email, the participant consents to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of the contest.

3.3 Participation and the provision of personal data are voluntary but required to enter and claim the prize.

3.4 Participants may join at any time during the contest.

3.5 The Organizer is the data controller.

3.6 Data may also be used for marketing and promotional purposes related to the Organizer’s products and services.

3.7 Data may be shared with third parties (e.g., postal or courier services) to deliver the prize.

1. PRIZES:

4.1 The Committee will select ten participants to receive a prize of 50 EUR, paid to a bank account or to be used for purchases at shade4you.eu.

4.2 The prize is non-transferable.

4.3 A participant may waive the prize.

4.4 The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

1. FINAL PROVISIONS:

5.1 The Organizer may amend these Rules at any time.

5.2 In the event of a serious breach of these Rules, the participant may be excluded.

5.3 Rights arising from participation are non-transferable.

5.4 These Rules are governed by Polish law.

5.5 Disputes will be settled by the competent court under the Civil Procedure Code.

5.6 All contest information is for informational purposes only.

5.7 These Rules are available at www.shade4you.eu.

5.8 Effective from June 25, 2026.

5.9 Leaving a review on our Trustpilot/Google profile is voluntary and does not affect participation, but is greatly appreciated.
